How it works

From your request to your door

Eight steps, the same for every order. You decide at each gate; we do the work between them.

  1. Send your request

Tell us the product, quantity, target price, destination and timing. Drawings, photos or a link to a similar product all help.

    You
  2. Landed-cost estimate

We estimate the full cost to your door, including product, freight, duties and certification, so you know whether the numbers work before anything is spent.

  3. Supplier search and visits

We shortlist manufacturers, visit the best candidates and check their capacity, quality and paperwork.

  4. Samples and approval

Samples are made to your specification. You approve one, and it becomes the standard for the order.

  5. Order and terms

Price, packaging, quality standards and delivery dates are agreed with the factory in writing. Payments are arranged.

  6. Production follow-up

We follow production and check quality on the line, so problems are fixed at the factory.

  7. Pre-shipment inspection

Finished goods are inspected against the approved sample. You get a written report before anything ships.

  8. Shipping and delivery

Freight, customs documents and certification are handled through to delivery. Reorders follow the same path, faster.

How long each stage takes

Typical times for the products we source most. Custom products and first orders take longer; reorders are faster.

Typical ranges, not promises. Your quote gives dates for your product and route.

Step 7 in detail

What the inspection report looks like

A statistical sample is inspected to ISO 2859-1. Defects are classed as critical, major or minor and compared with the agreed AQL limits. You see the result before the goods ship and decide what happens next.

Common questions

Short answers to what buyers usually ask first.

Do I have to use every step?

No. If you already have a supplier, we can start at inspection or shipping. If you only need a factory found, we can stop after samples.

Which countries do you source from?

China and Japan, and in Southeast Asia: Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia and the Philippines. We recommend the country that fits your product, cost and risk, not the one that is easiest for us. See sourcing hubs.

Where can you deliver?

We work most often with buyers in Central Asia and the United States, and deliver to other markets on request.

Can you handle certification?

Yes, including EAC certification for the Eurasian Economic Union and PSE for Japan. We confirm the rules for your market at the quote stage.

How are payments made?

In milestones tied to the work: a deposit when the order is confirmed and the balance after the goods pass inspection. Supplier payments are made in local currency or USD. See Payments for the full picture.

What trade terms do you quote on?

EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP, whichever suits you. DDP means door to door, with duties and customs clearance handled.

How quickly will you reply?
