Payments that protect your order
Clear milestones, documented payments and protection against fraud. You always know what you are paying for, when, and to whom.
Your money moves when the goods do
Every order is paid in stages tied to real progress. The largest payment is released only after the goods pass inspection.

SWIFT transfer in USD to our US business account. The standard method for order payments.
ACH transfer
For US clients: a domestic bank transfer with lower fees than a wire.
Card by invoice link
Secure online payment for service fees and inspections, through a link on your invoice.
Letter of credit
For larger orders: payment guaranteed through your bank and released against shipping documents.
Local currency, documented, on time
Factories are paid in their own currency or in USD through licensed international payment providers, so suppliers receive the full amount and you avoid surprise bank charges.

How we keep payments safe
Payment fraud is one of the biggest risks in international trade. These rules apply to every order.
Verified accounts only
Suppliers are paid only to company accounts whose name matches the business licence.
No change by email
Any change to bank details is confirmed by phone before a payment is made.
A document for every payment
Proforma, commercial and freight invoices, packing lists and bills of lading, shared with you.
Balance after inspection
The largest payment waits until the goods have passed inspection.
We will never ask you to pay into a personal account. If you receive payment instructions that look unusual, write a new email to info@kaitarusa.com to confirm them before you pay.
Common questions
Short answers about money, before you place an order.
Do I pay the factory directly or through you?
Either. Some clients pay suppliers directly against invoices we have checked; others prefer one invoice from Kaitar USA covering the goods. We agree this before the order.
Why is the balance paid after inspection?
It is your strongest protection. A factory that has not been paid in full has every reason to fix problems the inspection finds.
Which currency will I be invoiced in?
US dollars by default. Other currencies can be agreed for larger orders.
What trade terms affect payment?
Under EXW and FOB you pay freight separately; under CIF it is included to your port; under DDP one price covers delivery, duties and customs to your door.
